FOSS Research Centre for Sustainable Energy of the University of Cyprus (UCY)

The research centre is one of the constituent parts of the University of Cyprus. The main scope of the centre is to create a strong scientific research team in order to play a key role in research and technological development activities in the field of sustainable energy within Cyprus and at international level with the aim of contributing to the achievement of the relevant energy and environment objectives set out by Europe.

The main scope is to become a centre of excellence in energy that will act as a structure where world-standard R&D work can be performed, in terms of measurable scientific production (including training) and/or technological innovation. The centre further comprises of different laboratories.

The Research Centre for Sustainable Energy is located at the New University campus (Panepistimioupoli), which is 10 minutes away from the main city of Nicosia.

Registration

Participation to the meeting is free of charge. However all participants are kindly requested to complete their registrations and indicate the events they would like to attend. Please click here for more details.

Registration to the meeting includes: meeting materials, workshop at UCY on the 11/05, EERA JP for SG meeting on the 12/05, EERA JP for SG meeting on the 13/05, daily coffee breaks, daily lunches, dinner on the 11/05 and dinner on the 12/05.
